The above Ordinance was introduced and passed on its first reading at a meeting of the Council of the City of Estell Manor held July 14, 2026, and was taken up for a second reading, public hearing and final adoption at a meeting of said Council held on August 11, 2026, in Council Chambers, 148 Cumberland Ave., Estell Manor, NJ. Said Ordinance is posted in the Municipal Building and full copies may be obtained by the general public from the office of the Municipal Clerk.
