The City of Estell Manor has awarded a Contract at a meeting held on October 13, 2026 for Services as follows:
- City Hall Roofing Project – Iron Shield Roofing & Siding of Mays Landing NJ – not to exceed $18,900.00
This contract and the resolution authorizing it are on file and available for public inspection during regular business hours in the office of the City Clerk, 148 Cumberland Avenue, Estell Manor, NJ.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 380 TITLED “ZONING,” OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ESTELL MANOR TO INCLUDE THE R-25 RURAL RESIDENCE ZONE AS A RECEIVING ZONE UNDER THE DENSITY TRANSFER PROGRAM
The above Ordinance was introduced and passed on its first reading at a meeting of the Council of the City of Estell Manor held October 13, 2026 and is scheduled for a second reading and public hearing and adoption at a meeting of said Council to be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, in Council Chambers, 148 Cumberland Ave., Estell Manor, NJ. Said Ordinance is posted in the Municipal Building and full copies may be obtained by the general public from the office of the Municipal Clerk.
